Description: We have have created a number of challenges (or "missions") that develop core skills. These include communication, organisation, resilience, problem solving, team work, listening, cooperation, leadership and confidence. We currently operate in-school and after-school clubs, working with primary aged children to help them develop these skills in a fun environment. Description of School Squads: Opposquads are teaming up with a number of primary schools to provide after school clubs and whole leadership days. The after school squads run weekly throughout the school term (approx. 10-12 weeks) with squad numbers between 6 and 18 per session. Sessions last between 40 and 60 minutes depending on schools. Every week the school squads are challenged with different missions, enabling them to explore key skills, including communication, listening, resilience and problem solving.circuit of ‘missions’ is typically set up in the school field and year groups rotate through the missions, again exploring key skills. These are often aligned to the curriculum or topics being discussed at school, for example, Leadership or British Values.

Description: OppoSquads Linking the UK's children with innovative, fun, military based challenges and ex-military personnel to Inspire Resilience, Discover Potential and Build Confidence help them develop these skills in a fun environment. In 2018 we are launching four weekend events in partnership with The LittleWelly. Opposquads will be challenging families to complete a circuit of 6 missions and seek hard working and friendly OppoSquads leaders with excellent customer care to give the families an experience to remember when they visit our event. You will be expected to manage one, or more, of the missions welcoming the team to their mission, giving them clear instructions, supporting them during the mission, and wrapping up at the end, all against the clock!

Description: We are seeking to appoint a hands on ICT Technician who will play a key role in the ICT Support Team, supporting pupils and staff in this leading girls boarding school. The successful applicant will be a team player with practical skills along with a positive approach, excellent customer service expertise and a can-do attitude. You will have good working knowledge of Microsoft systems, particularly Windows 7/10, Office 365, as well as a broad hands-on knowledge of computer hardware, basic familiarity of networking and a logical approach to problem-solving. A full induction, along with the opportunity to develop your skills with internal and external training courses.
