As part of their expansion strategy they are now seeking additional Resourcers. The positions are based in the City of London and are permanent.
For those candidates who have no recruitment experience, you will join the Trainee Development Programme which outlines a development path from Resourcer through to Recruitment Consultant and ensures you are able to master all of the essential skills and techniques that will underpin your success as a top performer.
As you progress through the Development Programme you will have increasingly challenging targets to achieve which will demonstrate your ability to perform successfully in the role. As a Trainee Resourcer you are expected to contribute to a minimum of 2 placements per month.
As a Trainee Resourcer you will be taught how to effectively resource candidates to meet client requirements and lead generation.
You will meet all targets relating to recruitment activity as outlined in your monthly business review.
You will identify and source candidates that fit with client hiring needs.
You will employ our clients methodology to sourcing and identifying candidates to ensure `no stone is left unturned`.
You will use effective advert writing to attract candidates.
You will write and construct effective searches using boolean searches to target matching candidate profiles on ITRIS, Job boards, Linkedin, Google etc.
You will fully qualify candidates to ensure motivation, skill and experience fit for clients.
You will format and present candidate CV using appropriate CV cover sheet.
You will fully prepare candidates for interview and take candidate feedback post interview.
You will generate candidate referrals.
You will generate new business leads
As a Senior Resourcer, you will successfully resource active and passive candidates to deliver candidates to multiple roles.
You will manage candidates throughout the recruitment process through to offer stage.
You will ensuring leads are converted into fully qualified client requirements.
You will be expected to complete all of the responsibilities of a Trainee Resourcer and the following:
You will meet all targets relating to recruitment activity as outlined in your monthly business review.
You will take a meticulous approach to resourcing candidates securing active and passive candidates.
You will prioritise multiple roles and work with urgency.
You will fully qualify candidates for multiple roles and market them to additional hiring managers.
You will develop candidate relationships through meetings.
You will secure referrals and recommendations.
You will solely manage candidates through the recruitment process, giving timely feedback and ensuring you have commitment from them at all times.
You will generate hot leads and ensure they are followed up for new client requirements.
Knowledge and Skills:
Ideally you will have some Resourcing/Internal Recruitment experience, however what is far more important is that you are well organised, have excellent communication skills that allow you develop rapports both internally with colleagues and externally with candidates.

You will be used to working to and meeting deadlines, have experience of working with MS Office products such as Word and Excel, and know your way around a PC.
