As part of their expansion strategy they are now seeking additional Trainee Recruitment Consultants. The positions are based in the City of London and are permanent.

The trainee role is an integral role to our clients mission to develop internal talent and future business leaders who will be committed to ensuring our client delivers on their promises to their customers.
For those candidates who have little or no recruitment experience, you will join the Trainee Development Programme which outlines a development path from Resourcer through to Recruitment Consultant and ensures you are able to master all of the essential skills and techniques that will underpin your success as a top performer.
As you progress through the Development Programme you will have increasingly challenging targets to achieve which will demonstrate your ability to perform successfully in the role. As a Trainee Resourcer you are expected to contribute to a minimum of 2 placements per month.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will successfully recruit niche candidates and carry our business development to win new client relationships. In addition to resourcing positions you will need to demonstrate that you can `pull` your own roles and successfully \"place\" candidates, demonstrating you can successfully execute suite of sales, candidate search, recruitment and client development skills within a specialist market.
You will take a meticulous approach to resourcing candidates through reactive and proactive methods and delivering candidates for multiple roles while balancing business development activity.
You will develop a sound business development strategy.
You will manage candidates fully through the recruitment lifecycle.
You will generate hot leads for new client requirements and follow up on these leads to fully qualify the requirement.
You will act as an \"AS IF\" Billing Consultant.
You will execute 360 recruitment within your specialist practice including: business development, candidate delivery and full management of recruitment processes.
You will fully map out the market place including all client sites, teams, hiring managers and influencers.
You will keep track of any movements in the market and ensuring all networking and mapping intelligence is captured on ITRIS.
You will proactively engage in new business development to ensure that our client has full visibility of roles and hiring needs within the market.
You will establish, build and further develop relationships with candidates and clients.
Knowledge and Skills:
Ideally you will have some Resourcing/Internal Recruitment experience, however what is far more important is that you are driven, committed and enthusiastic and genuinely excited by the prospect of developing your career within recruitment and the rewards that excelling in recruitment can bring.
