Description :

Responsibilities:

- Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will provide a maintenance service to both the building and bespoke plant by assisting in fault-finding, installations and repairs. - Provide breakdown response to the group of companies. - Install, test and maintain products, if required. - Regular lighting maintenance of all buildings that the client owns. - Assist with ad-hoc installation projects. - Accurate and timely completion of weekly job sheets and all relevant service documentation. - Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance. - Travel to other client sites within the London area. - Diagnosing faults. - Repairing equipment. - Obtaining specialist components, fixtures and fittings. - Creating maintenance procedures. - Maintaining stocks of supplies. - Ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to. - Ensuring all electrical work is carried out to required safety and quality standards. - Undertake a call-out rota every third weekend to meet business needs. - Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company Health & Safety regulations. - Maintain an awareness of company Quality Assurance requirements. - Take a positive and proactive approach to the promotion of all aspects of the company.

Applicant Requirements:

Essential: - Hold a minimum of a 4 year Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering is essential. - Lithographic knowledge is essential. - General screen printing knowledge will be required. - Strong electrical maintenance background. - Excellent mechanical/maintenance skills. - General building maintenance skills - Excellent customer service skills. - Ability to work on own initiative. - Sound communicator. - Excellent fault finding skills. - Full clean driving license. - Flexible approach to work  willing to travel within the London area when required.

Desirable: - Frontline software knowledge.
