Responsibilities:
- Provide field-based technical and operator training and servicing requirements to the customers within the South East of England. - Provide OEM level support to the customers engineers/technicians during large installations. - Support the Commercial Team during onsite demonstrations/trials. - Provide support for equipment demonstrations by the Commercial Team. - Support sales activities. - Complete proactive customer visits to update technical contracts with new developments and receive feedback regarding equipment. - Planned equipment installations (major contracts / key clients). Technical assistance via telephone and email. - Manage and resolve any ongoing technical issues. - Provide advice and insight with regards to new legislation and product development. - Occassional travel to the client’s head office in Portishead to design and conduct customer training. - Complete all relevant documentation correctly and ensure it is passed to the relevant parties within the required timeframe.
Applicant Requirements:
Essential: - The successful candidate will need to have a strong working background within a technical role, with relevant adaptable electro-mechanical skills. - Previous vending machine maintenance skills would be advantageous. - Strong customer-facing skills. - Strong organisation and time management skills. - IT Literate. - Excellent communication skills. - Commercial awareness. - Flexible approach to work. - Full clean driving license. - Willing to grow and progress.
