As part of their expansion strategy they are now seeking additional Resourcers. The positions are based in the City of London and are permanent.

The main purpose of the role will be to generate a steady flow of candidates for current and pipeline requirements. You will be working within a recruitment team dedicated to working for a specific business sector.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactively generating and sourcing candidates from wide variety of sources (including social networking), ensuring candidate compliance (referencing, certification, etc.), vetting candidates, evaluating suitability against role requirements, telephone interviewing candidates, managing candidates, branding profiles, managing the interview process, writing and posting adverts, data management/inputting into our clients CRM software system, and working closely with the Sales Team to develop your knowledge of desirable candidate/client attributes.
Knowledge and Skills:
Ideally you will have some Resourcing/Internal Recruitment experience, be well organised, have excellent communication skills that allow you develop rapports both internally with colleagues and externally with candidates.
You will be used to working to and meeting deadlines, have experience of working with MS Office products such as Word and Excel, and know your way around a PC.
You will also be able to multi-task successfully.
Any experience or knowledge in relation to IT market or IT technologies would be desirable as would IT skills in relation to CRM applications - if these are recruitment products then all the better but if you can pick new applications up quickly then please apply.

Our client welcomes candidates with Armed Forces experience and is open minded as to your Armed Forces background although those applicants who have served in technical areas e.g Royal Corps of Signals will undoubtedly have an advantage.
Starting basic salary will be in a range of £19 -22k possibly more for outstanding candidates. There is also a bonus plan in place to earn on each placement. Our client would expect earnings to be in the region of another £3k - £5k depending on success. Of the last 7 Resourcers taken on by our client, 5 have been promoted into full sales consultant roles.
In addition there is 22 days holiday increasing to 30 days plus bank and public holidays, health Insurance, travel card loan annual season ticket (junior staff), child care vouchers, and cycle to work scheme - cycle share.
There are regular Quarterly incentives and a big end of year team incentive - normally an overseas trip this year Cape Town (2013/2014 and regular High Achievers team lunches out.

Office hours are Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm and on Friday from 9am to 5 pm.
