Description :
You will be comfortable dealing with customers and operate as a point of contact for a number of customer accounts. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and ideally have experience with Stock Management Systems although some training can be provided.
Key Responsibilities
*Process stock receipts and deliveries using the computerised stock management system
*Check documentation for accuracy and conformity to customer and operational requirements
*Produce stock reports, weekly financial reports and other data as requested by customers or the operational management team
*Liaise with Operations Manager and Chargehand, ensuring communication channels are clear and service levels are maintained
*Maintain excellent channels of communication with customers
*Check and file purchase invoices, enter invoices into the accounts system
*Other general office administrative duties as needed
*Provide stock information for all accounts and act as the main contact for a number of accounts
Person Specification
*Good oral and written communication skills
*Comfortable dealing with internal and external stakeholders
*Good numeracy skills
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
*Knowledge of Stock Management Systems and other IT systems - training will be given on the specific system used
*Ability to work as a member of a small team
