Our Client is the leading UK’s leading Wireless Telecoms infrastructure delivery company. Thy carry out every aspect of wireless telecoms network infrastructure delivery. From acquisition, planning and design through to deployment and optimisation, they project manage network roll-out by utilising in-house resources to guarantee unsurpassed quality and stability.
They are currently seeking an Acquisition Surveyor to be based at their offices in Greater Manchester. The role is permanent. The role involves site surveys, negotiating and planning for both new build and upgrade projects.
Reporting into the Acquisition Manager, the successful candidate will work with the design team for site survey, kick off visits, MSV’s and acquisition advice.
You will carry out SP negotiations for new sites and upgrades with ownership through to legal completion and acquisition handover to the Build team.
You will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of sites to internal and external KPI’s.
You will carry out system use for data management and reporting.
Knowledge and Skills:
You will be an accomplished Surveyor ideally with telecomms acquisition experience.
You will ideally be MRICS qualified.
You will have a flexible, adaptable approach to your role and will be someone suited to working in a fast paced environment.
You will possess a willingness to learn and develop.
You will have good commercial acumen.
You will be able to work under pressure.
You will have excellent communication, time management and organisation skills.
You will have good IT /PC skills.
You will have excellent customer service, supplier relationship management
and negotiation skills.
You will be able to work in a team environment and be an effective team player.
Salary will be negotiable around £30,000 per annum. In addition a company car is supplied.
Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank and public holidays, pension, private health insurance and death in service benefit.
