Our Client is a global player in the world of international financial services. Established for over 20 years, with their head office in the UAE and additional offices in Asia and Europe, our client provides wealth management and an array of financial services products. As part of their expansion plans they are now seeking driven sales oriented professionals to train as Wealth Managers to join their team based in Dubai, UAE.
These trainee positions represent truly outstanding and exciting opportunities with a leading player and the opportunity to start a new life in a safe vibrant city. The positions are permanent.
The successful candidates styled as Associate Wealth Managers will work directly alongside an experienced Wealth Manager / Senior Wealth Manager and learn the art of selling a range of financial services, such as provision for savings plans, lump sum investments, life insurances and general counselling to potential clients, many of whom will be “ high net worth” individuals
You will develop prospects from current commercial and potential clients, referral leads, or business from trade meetings and networking events.
You will contact prospective clients to present information and explain available services and book qualified appointments by means of telesales.
You will determine clients` financial services needs then prepare and present proposals to provide services that address these needs.
You will prepare forms or agreements to assist as intermediaries in providing a range of solutions.
You will review business trends to advise clients regarding expected fluctuations.
You will keep our client database up to date with new clients and updates on client information.
Finally you will report and meet with your Line Manager to review your performance.
Knowledge and Skills:
For these roles you do not need to have industry experience - our client just needs to know that you can sell.

They will provide the highest international standard financial services industry training lead by a Vice President – Training and Development and a Business Development Manager.
You will study for a CII and CISI Wealth Management qualifications.
Experience in the financial services sector is a distinct advantage.
You will be self-motivated, driven and at home in a target orientated environment.
You should have exceptional interpersonal, influencing and communication skills able to form lasting relationships with high net worth individuals.
In return, you will receive an excellent salary (OTE income £60,000 – 70,000 per annum in your first year and after training you can expect to earn around £100,000 – 125000 per annum) with guaranteed income for the first 3 months as well as the opportunity to progress your career, and thus your salary, with one of the most exciting offshore financial services companies in the world. Their benefits package is extensive and allows for flexibility.
