Introduction:
Our client is a leading supplier of services to the Ministry of Defence and they now have an immediate requirement for a Customer Service Advisor (Housing) in the following three locations: - Brize Norton, Oxfordshire - Colchester, Essex - Larkhill, Wiltshire The successful candidates will be working a 30 hour week providing local support and guidance where necessary to ensure military housing enquiries are resolved correctly and in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure fault details, cases, issues and customer feedback is recorded in an accurate and professional manner. - Ensure occupants issues are resolved correctly and in a timely fashion. - Maintain a full understanding of the housing allocation and entitlement process. - Determine and diagnose faults through questioning skills and use of diagnostic tools available. - Prioritise service repairs works needed. - Liaise with location stakeholders and to attend outreach locations. - Ensure all information is entered accurately onto the required system and the database is kept up to date. - Liaise with internal and external colleagues and departments, including military personal. - Attend meetings with Occupant and the Employer representatives as and when required - Log complaints and compliments, ensuring details reach correct department/allocated personnel.
Applicant Requirements:
- Experienced in data processing, telephone skills, typing etc. - Articulate and friendly telephone manner. - Computer literate. - Excellent customer care skills. - Ability and willingness to travel. Desirable: - Experience of Help Desk work. - Previous knowledge of working within ISO 9000 policies. - Experience of working within a military environment.
