Our client is a leading catering and life support services company operating in the Middle East who provide catering, maintenance, housekeeping and laundry services to a wide range of clients.
They are currently seeking a Regional Catering Manager to be responsible for fully managing a number of oil and gas field locations providing camp services to oil and gas clients. The position is permanent.
Reporting into the Company General Manager, the successful candidate will fully manage Oil & Gas field various locations and ensure the provision of quality catering, housekeeping, laundry and other related services in line with contract terms and conditions and company established policies systems

Knowledge and Skills:
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Catering Operations Manager and will have a proven track record in contract catering ideally in the Middle East and internationally.
You must have experience of managing multi-sites and of managing catering contracts.
You will have an excellent knowledge of remote site and hotel management and your operational experience should have included responsibility for multi-site catering, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance.
You should have experience of managing budgetary and cost control management.
You should have knowledge and working experience with ISO accreditations and HSE legislation.
You will have strong entrepreneurial flair, good commercial and financial acumen, be achievement oriented and have strong leadership skills able to create team effectiveness.
You will be energetic, highly motivated, results oriented and capable of inspiring your team. Capable of independent thought and possess excellent planning and organisation skills, able to work to tight deadlines.
You should be able to deliver training and development opportunities for employees.
You should possess excellent communication skills in English. The ability to speak Arabic is a distinct advantage. You will be able to adapt to rapid changes in a positive manner and work to tight deadlines.
Superb inter-personal skills and instant credibility are essential as you will be inter-facing with a number of people from different backgrounds, nationalities and religions.
You will be resourceful with a flexible outlook, have the ability to multi-task in order to handle competing priorities and be able to fit in to an international dynamic and multi-cultural environment.
Finally you should possess a Drivers Licence and be PC / IT literate particularly with MS Office.
