A Warranty Administrator is required to input & monitor vehicle warranty claims for an established and successful company in the construction industry. The Warranty Administrator will deal with incoming warranty claims, review the claims and also calculate associated costs. This job also involves taking responsibility for effective communication with the Service Department ensuring all required warranty claim details are relayed and are accurate.

The Warranty Administrator will be responsible to their Supervisor and for updating them on any warranty claim applications that have been rejected or questionable.
Responsibilities:
Input & monitor and review warranty claims and ensure they are accurate
Oversee progress of warranty claims to ensure they are on track
Where claims do stagnate, identify reasons why
Complete required paperwork
Ensure parts are made available to carry out required work
Complete monthly reports
Uphold company policies
