The Senior International Sales Executive will lead the European Sales Team for a global munitions company.

Responsibilities:
Analyse the effectiveness of the team throughout Europe
Devise and implement strategies for individual team member development
Travel worldwide to promote products
Identify new markets to ensure continued growth
Motivate team members
Provide outstanding leadership
Essential knowledge and expertise:
Working with Government agencies
Leading trainer in use of firearms
Working knowledge of the weapons industry and associated manufacturers
Sales and business development acumen
Team player
