HQ3862 Trainee Project Manager
Salary: £24,950 DOE
Location: Farnborough, Hampshire
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am – 5.30pm; Friday 7am – 1pm

A Trainee Project Manager is required to commit long term and undertake training to become a qualified Project Manager for a specialist glazing company. The Trainee Project Manager must be prepared to travel all over mainland UK; be computer literate; be proactive and organised.
The Trainee Project Manager will over time take responsibility for overseeing glazing projects. This role is mainly office based however there will be some visits to sites to understand what the company does as part of the training process. The Trainee Project Manager will have a mentor to oversee their progression over approximately an eighteen month period.
Training will involve preparing contracts programs; attending design meetings; procurement of materials outlined in material schedules; maintaining and controlling a budget plus method statements and risk assessments; undertake site surveys to assess readiness of a project; visit projects to establish assess and equipment requirements; liaise with the client and establish good working relationships.
