A well established and highly successful bar chain is seeking a Deputy Manager. The successful candidate will have had at least a year previously working as an Assistant or Deputy Manager in the commercial sector. The Deputy Manager’s career history will include appreciation, understanding and also expertise in delivering a memorable and quality leisure experience by upholding the highest standards of work and utilising outstanding customer facing expertise.

Previous experience of working to and achieving targets plus proven organisational skills is essential along with an ability to use initiative. The Deputy Manager should have outstanding communication skills that enable building of fostering and building excellent working relationships. Responsibilities:
Work as part of the management team
Run the site when the General Manager is off site
Involvement with finances
Responsibility for managing staff KPIs
Uphold high standards of work at all times

Deliver hospitality to guest to a consistently high standard
