HQ3972 Martial Arts Instructor Area Manager
Location: UK wide
Salary: £24,000 starting salary (with potential to earn £48,000 within two years if targets are met)
One of the biggest and most successful Martial Arts Organisations in the UK is now recruiting nationally. Instructors must have previous experience of martial arts, boxing and/or physical training. Applicants must have proven customer facing experience plus outstanding communication skills. This role requires an ability to identify opportunities for establishing regular lessons at various locations near to the Instructor’s home. The Instructor would attract new clientele within a larger radius over time.

Instructors will be teaching military themed Martial Arts and self-development classes to children and adults. Instructors must be extremely self-motivated and able to bring the best out in their students. Instructors must also be super fit and the consummate professional reflecting company ethos. The successful candidate will build and lead a team of students and instructors in their local area while looking for opportunities to expand. Instructors are sought who aspire to be the best, have the ability to grow their schools and gain the associated financial reward for doing so.
Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:
Essential:
Martial arts experience
Physically fit and robust
Resourceful and able to think outside the box
Excellent communication skills
Previous customer facing experience
Ability to network
Clean driving licence
Leadership skills
Able to identify opportunities
Able to set goals and identify the steps to take in order to achieve them
DBS checked
