This role will be split across our Meadow View hospital in Gainsborough for 4 days of the week, and 1 day of the week will be spent at the The Willows hospital in Newark.
Essential qualifications:
Medically qualified; MRC Psych or equivalent;Section 12(2) Approval and AC approval and eligibility for inclusion on the Specialist Register or CCT in Forensic Psychiatry or equivalent (CESR, American Board Certified).
Job role:
- Responsible Clinician for inpatients within both services providing leadership to the clinical team.
- Assessment of referrals to the services
- Liaison with key stakeholders
- Involvement in clinical governance and service developments
- Out of hours medical on-call rota to cover all PiC East Midlands units.
- Ability to travel is essential
