HQ4447: Document & Archive Co-Ordinator
Location: London, E3
Salary: £20,000 to £22,000 (DOE)
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 40 – 45 hours per week
A position has become available for a Document and Archive Co-ordinator, to provide support in a leading Records Management Business.

The ideal candidate will be a focused, hardworking, trustworthy and reliable individual who is looking for a full-time, long-term position who can think for themselves but also work well within a team.
Key Responsibilities / Experience:
- Engage with customers by dealing with their storage requirements
- Allocating storage space and storing boxes of documents
- At least 2 years driving experience in a 3.5tn LWB
- A clean, full UK manual driving license
- Be proficient in a warehouse environment, as the role will be split between driving and warehouse work.
- Be able to adapt to change within their role
Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:
Essential:
- Be physically fit as there will be high volumes of manual handling of boxes between 15KG-30KG.
- Have an understanding about Commercial Document Storage and Retrieval and Artefact and Historical Document Preservation
- Be familiar with the ‘Information Government Policy’ and understand the importance of ‘Data Protection’ and security
- Be computer literate and have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
Desirable:
- Possess a Counterbalance FLT license
