The Priory Hospital Hayes Grove is a private 46-bed acute psychiatric hospital for adults, located on the edge of London in Hayes, Kent. The hospital provides care and treatment for patients with a wide range of Mental Health issues both as inpatients and day patients. Hayes Grove specialises in providing care for patients with Acute mental health conditions, addiction issues - both drug and alcohol, and also has specialist Eating Disorders and Aspergers units. The hospital is situated close to excellent transport links to central London, Croydon and Bromley areas and parking is available locally.

The role:

We are currently looking for a full time Catering Assistant to work within our catering team. The role will involve waiting tables in the restaurant, assisting with food preparation, washing up, kitchen porter duties and generally assisting the catering team.

The successful candidate will work well under pressure and be able to work well as part of a team. For this role some previous experience in catering together with a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and NVQ level 1 would be an advantage, however this is not essential.

Applicants will need to be flexible in their working hours. A mixed shift system, including morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts is currently in place.
