We are currently seeking an Executive Officer / Assistant the CEO to based at our offices in Whiteley, close to the South Coast.
Hours of work to be negotiated.
Key tasks will be:
• To prepare reports and budgets for the CEO
• You will be responsible for the HR function
• You will be responsible for locating funds and grants.
• You will l be responsible for donations.
• You will be responsible for governance and procedure.
• You will undertake a variety of other admin tasks and projects
You should be experienced as an Executive Officer / Assistant and served in the UK Armed Forces.
The position would suit an Army Captain, RAF Flight Lieutenant or Royal Navy Lieutenant
You should have excellent inter-personal skills, be a good communicator and a team player
You should have good PC skills, excellent planning and organisational skills
