The Priory Hospital Chelmsford is a 49 bed private acute psychiatric hospital that specialises in the treatment and management of mental health problems for both adults and adolescents. The hospital incorporates a Grade II listed building that has been extensively restored and situated in 3.5 acres of landscaped grounds. In addition, a new 12 bedded Acute Service ward will soon be opening adjacent to the main hospital.
The role:
We are currently looking for a qualified CBT Therapist to join our existing team who presently provide therapy on an individual basis to our adult day patients, for our new Acute Service ward.
Candidates will have a recognised post graduate qualification in CBT or Counselling Psychology. BABCP or equivalent membership and accreditation or evidence of working towards this is required. Experience of working within a multi disciplinary team in acute mental health services is desirable.
