This Support Worker role with be 37.5 hours a week and will pay £17,350. This is a whole year role and you’ll be working on a shift system including early, late and weekend shifts.
You will join a strong, focussed team in Tadley where you will be given guidance and support along with full training and so experience as a Support Worker isn’t essential. We are looking for skills that will make you great at the role and they include:

- Highly developed organisational skills
- Effective communication skills
As a Support Worker you’ll ensure that the children and young people in your care are safe, healthy and able to make a positive contribution, realising their full potential through enjoyment, achievement and economic well-being.
About the site
Tadley Court School is a co-educational school specialising in the education and care of children and young people between the age of 5 and 19 years who are diagnosed as being on the autistic spectrum with associated learning difficulties. Our children and young people may also exhibit challenging behaviour as a result of their communication difficulties and lack of social understanding. You’ll work in the residential setting but will also spend time in school supporting during the academic day.
