Our home in Meopham has 3 bedrooms and promotes independence and positive outcomes for our young people.
As a Support Worker you will be a key member of our Meopham team, providing high standards of person-centred support and care to our young people
What we’d like from our Support Workers:
- Previous experience of working in a similar setting would be advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Caring “can do” attitude
