Our home in Worthing has five bedrooms and provides a high standard of care and support for young people who have emotional and behavioural difficulties and challenging behaviour.
To succeed we need people who share our passion for making a difference and ideally have previous experience of working with challenging behaviour. We are committed to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare and expect all staff to share this commitment.
The Support worker role in Worthing is for 39 hours a week with 5 weeks holiday. Applicants should have, or be willing to work towards, QCF/NVQ3.
