Chelfham Bere Alston Children`s Home specialises in high quality residential provision for boys and girls between 7-19 with complex learning needs and challenging behaviour including Autism. This home currently is adjacent to Chelfham Bere Alston School which has been rated \"good\" by Ofsted, where the children are educated. The safeguarding and wellbeing of our children and young people is always paramount.
This position is to build upon existing resources to support a move to two brand new homes in the community in the Tamar Valley by December 2017.
The role involves providing support to the Registered Manager and Deputy Manger and you will be required to run shifts including organising and monitoring young people`s budgets.
This care role includes weekends and evening work.

Full induction and training is provided, there will be an initial 6-month probation period.
