Priory Hospital Glasgow has established an excellent reputation offering calming and recovery focused residential treatment for the management and treatment of mental health problems for up to 42 service users, as well as day care and outpatient services.

Our multidisciplinary team deliver personalised treatment programmes alongside the use of a range of therapies.

The role:

We are seeking committed team players to assist in our busy Catering Department.  The role is two-fold:

Kitchen Porter Duties: 

  • Undertake all cleaning within the main kitchen, ensuring completion in a timely and efficient manner complying with the Company’s Assured Safe Catering Standards. Experience in receiving food deliveries and stock rotation is desirable as well as a proven track record in a professional kitchen.

Waiter Duties:

  • Undertake serving of patients and staff within a busy restaurant. Ensure that completion of cleaning schedules of the main dining area and satellite kitchens comply with the Company`s Assured Safe Catering standards.  Experience of working in a fast paced restaurant environment is desirable,  as well as a sound knowledge of Food Safety.

This position is split working 5 days over 7 between the kitchen as a Porter and the dining room as a Waiter.
