Priory Hospital Aberdare is an independent hospital providing care, treatment and rehabilitation for up to ten service users with a diagnosis of autistic spectrum condition (ASC) or a learning disability with associated mental health care needs. Our multidisciplinary team work together to develop personalised, recovery focused treatment programmes and care pathways, as well as a range of therapies to meet all service user needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the nursing team possess the skills, knowledge and motivation to offer and deliver the highest quality of care to our service users. Reporting to and working with the Clinical Services Manager, you will assist with the development of our services ensuring wards are run effectively, and the delivery of our exceptional standards of performance that have become synonymous with Priory Group.
