The Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal is a specialist provider of complex mental health services, providing clinical excellence in our eating disorders, adolescent, complex care, acute and PICU services. The hospital employs in excess of 650 staff.
Set within landscaped gardens, the safe and supportive environment of the Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal offers a comprehensive inpatient specialist mental health service for young people and adults. The service is dedicated to providing innovative, high quality care and treatment for service users with challenging and complex needs, in order to enable their recovery and re-engagement with the community.
Reporting to the HR Adviser, the job holder will work as part of a team of 4 Administrators providing a comprehensive HR service to the Hospital. The successful candidate will job share covering all apsects of recruitment administration including: advertising, liaising with recruitment agencies, arranging interviews, liaising with Head Office HR with regard to issuing job offers, maintaining all associated logs, producing regular reports on recruitment activitiy.
The job holder must be able to work collaboratively with his her job share partner and also on his/her own initiative to manage a busy workload to ensure deadlines are met. Flexible and a good team player, you will have the desire to provide an excellent service to managers.
Previous experience of working within a HR team is required, with experience of managing high volume recruitment. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages is essential, as are good interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
