This Support Worker role with be 39 hours a week and will pay £16,665 per annum (plus sleep in allowance of £35 per night). This is a whole year role and you’ll be working on a shift system including early, late and weekend shifts.
You will join a strong, focussed team in Maidstone where you will be given guidance and support along with full training and so experience as a Support Worker isn’t essential. We are looking for skills that will make you great at the role and they include:

- Highly developed organisational skills
- Effective communication skills
As a Support Worker you’ll ensure that the children and young people in your care are safe, healthy and able to make a positive contribution, realising their full potential through enjoyment, achievement and economic well-being.
About the site
Our Home in Maidstone provides a safe, homely environment for young people who have Emotional and Behavioural difficulties or challenging behaviour. We work together as a team to promote independence and provide the best outcomes for the young people at our home.
