Moor Field House is a new addition to Moor Farm Cottage it is a semi rural Children’s  Home on the outskirts of Temple Normanton village near Chesterfield.  It will house 3  young people aged 9-16+ years exhibiting Behavioural, Emotional, and Social Difficulties.

As part of the Senior Management Team, manages the effective implementation of care and independence programmes young people through the effective line management of a number of care teams as well as taking whole site responsibility at specified times and for specific key issues.

Fully supports the Registered Manager in the development and management of operational systems in order to ensure the smooth running of the living and learning environment and ensuring that the programme of care and the environment comply with statutory regulations and quality standards.

It is essential that applicants have Level 3 Children & Young People’s Workforce Diploma qualification, and are prepared to work towards their Level 5.
