The Priory Highbank Centre specialises in complex neuro-disability, including care of tracheostomy and mechanical ventilated patients. You would be part of our dedicated interdisciplinary team who offer evidence based patient centred care and therapy to help patients maximise their physical, emotional and social potential.
To meet growing demand for its services, the Company is now looking for experienced and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to join the Priory Highbank Centre in Bury.
Successful applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly motivated and caring in nature to work with the complex and diverse needs of our patients.
Providing a high standard of compassionate care to patients who require assistance with their activities of daily living. Working with patients with highly complex needs that require skill, patience and commitment and will involve new learning due to the specialism.
Working as part of an interdisciplinary team contributing positively to ensure the implementation of patient-centred care and rehabilitation plans. Compliance with all relevant and mandatory training to ensure best practice. A full induction programme and extensive in-service training will be provided
The role will require individuals to work flexibly undertaking shift work including nights and weekends.
