The Priory Hospital Preston is part of the Priory Group, Europe’s leading provider of specialist treatment in mental health. The hospital has an established reputation for providing the highest standards of care together with an extensive range of clinical services. The hospital has residential facilities for 20 patients as well as day care and outpatient services.
We are currently looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to join our service which treats most psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive states, schizophrenia and all major acute psychiatric illnesses. You will be required to work across a range of services including adult mental health, addictive behaviour and specialised eating disorders. This post is based predominantly on our eating disorders unit. Candidates must be qualified to NVQ level 2 or equvalent in Health and Social Care with experience of working within the field of mental health.
