The North London Clinic provides a full care pathway from medium secure, low secure to a locked rehabilitation wing. The full multidisciplinary team works with men who have a diagnosis of mental disorder and associated challenging behaviour.
The role:
Role responsibilities:
- Cleaning all kitchen utensils and equipment, plates and cutlery from the restaurant. Operate regular kitchen restaurant cleaning on a day-to-day basis. Keep restaurant tables / area tidy and act as a \"runner\" during service times.
- Responsible for correct washing / cleaning and storage procedures for kitchen utensils, restaurant plates and cutlery.
- Responsible for dish-washing machine in regards to cleaning and correct operation.
- Maintain a professional approach at all times, conducting yourself in a smart, clean, hygienic and orderly manner.
- Maintain flexible working hours at all times.
- Maintain health and safety at work practices at all times.
- Assist in basic food preparation.

Successful candidates will have experience in the following:
- Previous experience of working in catering is desirable
- Ability to maintain a high standard of cleaning and hygiene
- Strong communication skills
- Good organisational skills
