An opportunity has become available for a competent Factory Manager in the Swindon area. The suitable candidate will be a practical person who will fill a new role that was created due to the company being extremely busy and expanding. You will liaise between the factory and administration department. The company manufactures heavyweight industrial packaging and timber frame buildings.
Applications from ex-military personnel i.e. Navy, Royal Air Force (RAF) or Army are strongly encouraged.
The position is ideally suited for someone who is looking for an opportunity to develop and to embrace other responsibilities within the organisation, both at a practical and particularly management level, once they have established themselves in the initial role.
