Beechley Drive is an Enhanced Community Group Home, providing support through rehabilitation and recovery for adults with a learning disability and/or mental health. The home comprises of 2 separate units with four residents in each.
Beechley Drive is located on the outskirts of Cardiff City Centre with excellent transport links.
We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated individual may have had some experience of providing practical and/or emotional support to adults with mental health problems, learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge.
You will be required to provide excellent standards of person centred support to the people who use our service, maintaining the highest levels of privacy and respect, enabling them to lead as independent lives as possible and realise their potential, whilst adhering to stringent regulations and governance at all times. You will also be required to maintain care records and have the necessary skills to assist in the development of care plans and risk assessments alongside the senior staff, as well as report writing for the service users at the site.
