A global leader in food processing equipment has a requirement for a Site Co-ordinator. Working closely with management and engineering teams at the company’s site in Thorne South Yorkshire, the Site Co-ordinator role has three main functions:
1. To oversee and assist with controlling and administering all aspects of the company’s spare parts
2. To organise and manage all administration and logistics for visiting customers, and
3. Assisting those involved with training new recruits by ensuring all is scheduled, organised and prepared. The Site Co-ordinator will not be overseeing training, only assisting with preparation for it.

The company works closely with a local college to offer industry training to potential new recruits. Whilst the Site Co-ordinator won’t be involved with training or delivering curriculums, he/she will be required ensure training rooms are organised and all training facilities/needs are pre-planned and prepared.
HOURS
The company is prepared to be flexible in terms of hours worked. Whilst, generally, a five-day week comprising normal office hours is worked, should the Site Co-ordinator choose to arrive early and finish earlier than usual, then that would be considered acceptable, provided all work has been completed. There will also be requirements to work an occasional Saturday, depending on workloads and customer visits arranged.
SALARY
Salary is up to £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Holiday entitlement and benefits will be discussed at interview stage.
