The Priory Hospital Hayes Grove is a private 46-bed acute psychiatric hospital for adults, located on the edge of London in Hayes, Kent. The hospital provides care and treatment for patients with a wide range of Mental Health issues both as inpatients and day patients. Hayes Grove specialises in providing care for patients with Acute mental health conditions, addiction issues - both drug and alcohol, and also has specialist Eating Disorders and Aspergers units. The hospital is situated close to excellent transport links to central London, Croydon and Bromley areas and parking is available locally.
We are currently looking for an HR Advisor to provide advice, guidance and support to managers and employees on the interpretation and implementation of group HR policies, in a busy hospital environment.
The successful candidate will be involved in implementing the corporate strategy in all areas of HR for the site, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement and retention, work force planning, learning and development, and the overseeing of payroll inputting, ensuring the effective operation of administrative processes and procedures. You will also have line management responsibility for a small team.
An effective communicator at all levels, you will be CIPD qualified or equivalent with strong generalist experience. You’ll be a highly organised individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and have the ability to manage a varied workload. You should also demonstrate diplomacy and the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times.
