As the development of our service continues into 2017 so do the opportunities for you to contribute to the care and education of Looked After Children in Scotland within a School Care Accommodation service.

We currently have the opportunities for an energetic and committed Residential Support Worker at Troup House School to contribute to the effective delivery of care and individual programmes. We provide care 24/7 and Residential Support Workers are an integral part of our provision supporting our day rota working both early and late shifts. As professional Childcare workers you will ensure that your pratice complies with policy and procedure and are in line with regulatory, statutory and compliance requirements and meet quality standards.
You will also be required to hold a current UK driving licence and undergo certified training and refresher courses in a range of areas including Safeguarding, Physical Intervention, Behavioural Management, First Aid, Fire Prevention and Health & Safety at work and other specialist training related to the location as well as the relevant CPD.
