Partnerships in Care is one of the UK`s leading providers of independent specialist secure and step-down care across the UK. With hospitals around the country, 30 years of experience in our sector and highly skilled and experienced teams, we help patients and commissioners find the right care pathways without the need for multiple reassessments.
St. John`s House provides quality, specialised treatment and care of adults with learning disabilities where their needs challenge mainstream service provision.
We offer a secure environment which is linked with community based step-down services including continuing care and rehabilitation. Many of our patients have a history of offending behaviour and have learning disability and other conditions including autistic spectrum disorders, personality disorders and mental illnesses.
Based in the village of Palgrave in Norfolk, the strength of St John`s House lies in the quality of the comprehensive assessment, treatment and care it provides. The emphasis is on a holistic and individualised approach delivered by a multidisciplinary team who are skilled, experienced professionals trained in their specific field. Our multi disciplinary team includes psychiatry, psychology, nursing (mental health and learning disability), occupational therapy, specialist teaching, social work and a practice nurse for physical healthcare. We also call in services from GPs, speech and language therapists, dentists, opticians, dieticians and chiropodists.
We have exciting career opportunities to work as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team supporting adult patients who have Learning Disabilities combined with enduring mental illness.
