Elm Park in Essex is a specialist neurobehavioural service for assessing, treating and discharging people with complex neurological needs following a traumatic or acquired brain injury. The services are provided at Elm Park and two community houses - Elm House and Elm Cottage.
The role requires that a high level of quality is maintained at Elm Park with tasks such as gardening,maintenance duties and being able to support the maintenance staff with day to day duties when needed. The role will also involve some patient contact, delivering a weekly workshop or a 1-2-1 patient focused session (weather permitting).
