We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual for the position of Ward Clerk to provide efficient and effective administrative support across our Wards.
This is a busy role which involves maintaining patient files and notes, using Carenotes to update, admit, discharge or record patients and their records and ensure that all ward areas are supplied with necessary clinical forms and information
