HQ4652: Site Manager and Administrator
Location: Greenwich, London
Salary: £23,000 to £26,000
An opportunity has become available for a competent Site Manager and Administrator to provide comprehensive support to the Sales Operation and Logistics Team and to maintain and develop professional and efficient services by supporting the Company’s Mission.
Applications from ex-military personnel i.e. Navy, Royal Air Force (RAF) or Army are strongly encouraged.
The position is ideally suited for a person who can provide leadership guidance and support with emphasis on managing the production site. You are self-starter who creates a positive environment by motivating others and leading by example in all areas of staff management.
Main Duties:
- The role will be responsible for all deliveries in and out of the brewery site, communicating with suppliers and our Third Party Logistics partners to make sure these run smoothly and efficiently - this will include driving a forklift to load and unload vehicles when required.
- Provide site management support to the Brewers and Packaging Department.
- The role encompasses accurate recording and transfer of finished products to our bonded warehouse and accountability for all stock transactions in the brewery.
- Ensuring that the site is organized, clean and tidy at all times, and that all associated Health and Safety obligations are maintained to the required levels.
- Responsible for site Security, managing the CCTV system and Fire Alarm system.
- Work as part of the overall Sales Ops team, working on multiple areas of the business as and when required, e.g. Tank Beer dispatch, Technical Services logistics, External Event logistics.
- Being able to operate a forklift would also be beneficial, but is not essential. (Training will be provided)

Salary
Salary ranges between £23,000 and £26,000 depending on experience.
Hours
The General Manager will work 45-hour weeks.
