Energetic and enthusiastic house parent(s) sought for an excellent opportunity to run a family-like boarding house.
Applications from suitably qualified ex-military personnel are strongly encouraged.
Over the past seven years we have experienced growing demand for international boarding provision and we have progressively extended our boarding house accordingly.
You will be in charge of the day-to-day running and management of our boarding house. You will have responsibility for the monitoring, welfare and motivation of our international students and implementing boarding house policies and procedures.
The ideal applicant will have experience of managing young students in a residential environment.
Flexibility to respond to the unexpected, a sense of humour and enthusiasm are essential, as is the ability to engender respect from staff and students. Good organisational skills and a genuine interest in the welfare of young people are essential. The post includes full board and accommodation.
You report directly to the Principal.

Salary:From £25,000 per annum + board and lodging
