Park Villa is a small Recovery Hospital based in the heart of the Macclesfield community.
The 11 bedded unit provides care and treatment to ladies aged 18 to 65 years with complex and enduring mental health issues, including treatment resistant psychosis, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorders and self-harming behaviours. Service Users may be detained under the Mental Health Act 1983, whilst others may be informal or subject to terms under the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
Set in landscaped gardens, care is provided in a comfortable, non-institutionalised setting with a home from home feel. The service is led by a highly skilled and experienced multidisciplinary team, who take a collaborative and holistic approach to create tailored rehabilitation and active recovery programmes. This supports individuals to achieve their goals and successfully move on to community living.
The role:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide a high profile, visible leadership to the Clinical team and service users at Park Villa. It is essential that you are willing to lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering an excellent quality of care that will support and enable service users to progress and achieve their recovery goals.
The successful candidates will have a broad range of training, knowledge and clinical experience within the Mental Health and Recovery Setting. They will be able to manage and direct the delivery of clinical services within hospital, ensuring it complies with statutory regulations, current legislation and meets quality standards. As Interim Clinical Lead Nurse you will form part of the Senior Management structure and work closely to support the Hospital Director, deputising where required. On Call responsibilities will apply.
