The Vines is a residential rehabilitation service for people who have experienced acquired brain injury.
A dedicated multi-disciplinary team of nursing, rehabilitative support and therapy staff develop and deliver programs tailored for each individual. Positive goals are developed in conjunction with their families to best reflect individuals` aspirations. Individuals are supported to take part in activities they enjoy, including sensory experiences, and families are encouraged to be involved through regular review meetings.

This is a great opportunity for an exceptional Deputy Manager experienced in working with adults with autism complex needs. You will be required to support the manager to lead a team to shape and develop the service strategy and to inspire the staff team to provide the highest quality person-centred support in order to achieve excellent outcomes.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a supervisory role with experience and knowledge within social care and supporting people within a specialist service setting. You must be able to take responsibility of the service in the manager’s absence requiring an excellent working knowledge of CCQ standards and associated regulations
