Llanarth Court is a specialist hospital providing medium and low secure care for men and women with mental illness and/or personality disorder and for men with intellectual/learning disability. We also have a 4 bedded open rehabilitation bungalow. We are a sector-leading example of how providing a wide variety of care settings and a clear care pathway in the direction of recovery, can be achieved for all patients.
Working within the Maintenance Team the main role will be keeping the grounds, secure gardens, paths etc in good condition. The role will also include duties such as small repairs, clearing blocked drains, changing light bulbs etc.
The position will also include on-call duties.
As well as undertaking regular inspections of buildings, equipment, fixtures and fittings, you will also carry out the completion of routine and unplanned maintenance operations, ensuring minimal disruption to the service and compliance with operational standards and statutory regulations.
