Due to the growth of our business and the development of our Healthcare division the Priory Group recruitment team is expanding.

We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional that can operate in a fast paced, quality driven environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and change. You will support within Priory Healthcare and Partnerships in Care division. This role will report into the Senior Resourcing Business Partner and will support clearly defined sites across the division with all their resourcing needs. The role will have supervisory responsibility for the Candidate Resourcers.

This role will be office based in Leicester and will require occasional travel to sites.

This Role involves;

  • Supervise the daily workload of the Candidate Resourcers including ensuring focus is distributed in the most appropriate fashion.
  • Support with direct sourcing of candidates for sites where required.
  • Review use of job boards for roles across the division to support the Candidate Resourcers.
  • Provide best practice guidance and support to operational teams including expertise in relation to innovative resourcing techniques and attraction methods.
  • Support sites with their annual recruitment plans.
  • Support the division in achieving key resourcing KPI’s including time to offer targets.
  • Leading the division on the use of Harbour (ATS) and provide training and support to new starters within the division to enable them to pro-actively manage candidate experience and activity.
  • To be dedicated to the use of social media for advertising, developing employer brand, sourcing and reaching online communities.
  • Responsible for the production of relevant management information in a consistent and timely manner to ensure Senior RBP is kept up to date with trends.
  • Continuously monitor recruitment activity to track progress against recruitment plans and advise on most appropriate course of action accordingly.
  • Understanding of latest recruitment technologies, online job seeker behaviour, attraction platforms and digital influences.
