The Woodbourne Priory Hospital is a 71-bed acute psychiatric hospital for adults and adolescents, based in Edgbaston Birmingham, offering a wide range of care to our varied client base of inpatient, outpatient and day patients.
The Priory Hospital is opening a new private ward within the grounds of the Woodbourne Hospital, Edgbaston. The Manor will be a 9 bedded unit that will provide care for patients with varying diagnoses, including depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder.
This is an excellent opportunity to participate in the development and growth of a new service that aims to provide outstanding care to this client group.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic nurses who can demonstrate a commitment to providing and maintaining high standards and quality of care that is both evidence based and patient centred.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a well-established Multi Disciplinary Team, and will be an integral in the ongoing development of the service where standards are consistently high in achieving it’s good reputation.
There will be excellent opportunities to develop your physical, psychiatric and therapeutic skills and knowledge within the role and your personal development will be fully supported.
