Penfold Lodge provides 24 hour care and support for adults aged 18-65 with enduring mental illness. The unit is situated in the seaside town of Clacton in Essex.
We offer 18 bedrooms, including seven en-suite, which are arranged in independent living units, each with a shared kitchen, bathroom and lounge.
The role:
Our Maintenance Person role involves:
- Responding to the needs of the services in respect of preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and building projects and repairs in all Partnerships in Care facilities with due regard for the safety of patients, staff and public.
- Maintaining and keeping the gardens in a good condition.
To be successful as Maintenance Person, you’ll need:
- Use of your own car or van
- Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record is required, working in a maintenance or building role along with a good understanding of health and safety legislation.
- You will be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative and follow instructions.
This role includes Twice Weekly OnCall (£10 per hour or minimum £10 Callout)
