This Support Worker role with be 39 hours a week and will pay £16,500 per annum (plus sleep in allowance of £35 per night). This is a whole year role and you’ll be working on a shift system including early, late and weekend shifts.

You will join a strong, focussed team in Brighton where you will be given guidance and support along with full training and so experience as a Support Worker isn’t essential. We are looking for skills that will make you great at the role and they include:

  • Highly developed organisational skills
  • Effective communication skills

As a Support Worker you’ll ensure that the children and young people in your care are safe, healthy and able to make a positive contribution, realising their full potential through enjoyment, achievement and economic well-being. 

About the site

Our home in Brighton is a two bed home providing care for young people who have emotional and behavioural difficulties or challenging behaviour. We work together as a team to promote independence and provide the best outcomes for the young people at our home.
